INQA–Coaching
Enhance the agility of your creative, cultural or social business
for digital transformation opportunities
Faster, further, more digital: As a company, you feel how rapidly the working reality is changing. This is where INQA-Coaching comes in to assist you. The central offering of INQA supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in finding tailored solutions for their personnel and work organization needs in relation to digital transformation.
INQA-Coaching helps you to position your enterprise for the future and respond to change processes. This strengthens the resilience of your company, keeps it competitive, and secures a skilled workforce.
Up to 80% of the consultation costs can be covered.
INQA-Coaching builds on the practical experience of the predecessor program "unternehmensWert:Mensch Plus", where Ulrike Müller & Partners were also authorised as consultants. It is financed by funds from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS). Funding period: 2023-2027.
The benefits of INQA–Coaching
INQA-Coaching introduces agile methods, such as design thinking, scrum or kanban, enabling your company to work in an agile manner. At the same time, the program consistently focuses on people, meaning that staff are consistently involved in all steps. This results in tailored and sustainable solutions for your company – e.g. business model innovation, marketing and distribution strategies, or new ways of production and working together – which are embraced by everyone and continue to work sustainably after the end of your INQA-Coaching process.
How does INQA–Coaching work
Participating in the INQA-Coaching programme is a simple process consisting of three steps:
1. Initial Consultation
If you are interested in INQA-Coaching, you can now book an initial consultation at a regional INQA advisory center (IBS). During this consultation, you will clarify the funding requirements and the specific organisational development support needed. If the funding criteria are met, the IBS will issue an INQA-Coaching voucher.
2. INQA–Coaching Process in the Company
INQA-Coaching is delivered by qualified and experienced consultants who have been authorized as INQA-Coaches. Simply redeem your INQA-Coaching voucher with an authorized INQA-Coach, as listed on the INQA-Coaching map. In a joint coaching and learning process, you will then develop tailored development solutions. INQA-Coaching can last up to 7 months if deemed necessary from a company perspective.
3. Final Evaluation with IBS
Approximately 3-6 months after the end of INQA-Coaching, you will have a final discussion with your INQA counseling center (IBS). Together, you will evaluate the results and effects of INQA-Coaching. If necessary, the IBS will refer you to additional funding options and support services to ensure that the initiated changes in your company have a lasting impact.
