Our current programme invites entrepreneurs, freelancers, managers and leaders working in the international cultural and creative industries to practice action learning in open cross sector action learning sets.

Every set member works on her / his individual work-based project, or a series of task. This could be a business challenge, or a personal professional or leadership development issue as the ‘learning vehicle’. Learning during the programme happens both during the set meetings and

Programme Features

What to expect from your 6-months Action Learning journey:

  • Your hand-picked action learning set of 5 - 7 peers; self-employed creative and cultural players or creative entrepreneurs like yourself, from different sectors of the international CCI

  • 6 action learning set meetings, delivered over 6 months

    • Kick-off session (à 4 hours) to introduce and experience the action learning approach, practise questioning techniques and define your individual project and goal for the duration of the programme

    • Followed by 4 monthly set meetings (à 3 hours each)

    • Final set meeting to include programme evaluation and, if requested, renewal of the 6-months commitment

  • Expert input, and / or guest speakers, according to set requirements

  • Professional facilitation by ILM-qualified Action Learning Facilitators

  • Action learning materials (Worksheets & Reader)

  • Your Action Learning Trello Board for set management and individual learning logs

  • Digital delivery on ZOOM

Programme Fee

  • 699,- Euro plus VAT à 19% for leaders and managers of creative or cultural businesses

  • 399,- Euro plus VAT à 19% for sole traders (freelance and self-employed creatives)
